1. Receiving
Fresh olives are carefully handpicked at the optimal time before delivery to our primary storage/processing facility.
2. Sizing
Olives are sorted based on size, quality, & color.
3. Storage
Olives are stored in optimal conditions to maintain quality and to prepare for further processing.
4. Processing
Selected olives pass through our Oxidisation process after a set time in storage.
5. Slicing/Pitting
Olives prepared as whole, sliced or pitted based on market requirements.
6. Packing
Olives are packed in tin cans or glass jars.
7. Sterilizing
Products are either sterilized or pasteurized depending on the brine and product type.
8. Loading
Finished products are labelled & packed in cartons before loading for delivery.
